Yo, it's a little past 11 PM, and my head is soaking wet. (laughs) Just thinking about today makes me stressed. (sighs) It's the same old story with family again. It's only been a month since I felt relieved. What's happening?
This morning I went for a run. I felt so incredibly tired and out of breath. I'm wondering why lately, even though I'm running at the same pace I used to run easily, I'm so winded and fatigued.
I know part of it is that I haven't been sleeping well lately. So when I ran, I just pushed through, running and stopping, running and stopping. After the run, my feet and calves were completely exhausted.
I looked it up, and it seems like I'm not getting enough rest, even though I rested yesterday. It's also reflecting in my daily energy. I use my lower body a lot with weight training, running, and cycling. It's a heavy load. AR is just weight training. Ever since that really intense bodyweight workout at home, I haven't fully recovered. It was really hard. (laughs) I pushed myself to the limit. When I looked it up, it seems it's related to the nervous system, muscle tension, micro-tears that haven't fully healed. I think I'll rest for two days. I want to be sure and not push myself too much.
The afternoon wasn't anything special. I didn't go anywhere. For lunch, my mom made Khao Moo Daeng (red pork with rice). She'd marinated the pork for I don't know how many days. We took it out and ate it today. It was so delicious.

For dinner, Mom was going to make Pad Thai with red pork and shrimp, but I had plans with Sky and our group of friends. So we went for Mala at 7 PM. (laughs) I did get some Pad Thai, though! I shared a plate with my brother. My parents went to all that effort, but I'll definitely eat more Pad Thai tomorrow.
There were six of us: me, my brother, Pon, Sky, Earn, and Poom joined us later after we'd been eating for a while. We chatted and had a good time, then headed home around 9 PM.
We talked for a good while at the Mala restaurant. The taste has changed so much there, I don't know what happened. Even the Tom Saap and Tom Leng I usually love, and the Khao Pad Kra Pao, the flavor has really dropped. But it was okay. We had some beer. (laughs)

I came home and didn't review Japanese tonight, but I did review and add vocabulary this afternoon, so that's fine. Things are just going along. (laughs) But then there's more stress. I guess there's always something to be stressed about. I'm kind of tired of it. (laughs) Am I really complaining about this again after a while of not having to?
That's about it for tonight. It's 11 PM. I'll try to get some good rest.
