Here I am again, 11 PM. I'm in bed, eyes closed. (sighs)
Today was the same old routine. This morning I went to the gym. I focused mainly on cardio today, choosing to cycle for a comfortable hour. I really enjoy cycling, but the machine was making strange noises, like it was about to break. (laughs)
I cycled for about fifty minutes, and my left calf muscle or tendon started to feel tight. I pushed through it to complete the hour.
I was about to leave, but then I thought, "Oh, I should do some calf exercises." (laughs) So I went to the weight machine and did three or four sets for my calves.
Then that same spot in my calf, the one that felt strange while cycling, started feeling even weirder. So I stopped immediately.
I've had this happen before, but on my right side. I pushed my calf until it was completely fatigued, and it ended up tearing. I couldn't really walk for a week—it hurt for three or four days, then took a full week to heal. So I was scared it would happen again. (laughs) I stopped right away.
It doesn't seem to be a problem now, thankfully. I think I'll take a rest day tomorrow. No more pushing it. I'm done. (laughs)
This morning my mom made pork stir-fried with chili for me. She also made something else: a really spicy stir-fry with soft bone pork and some kind of curry paste. It was incredibly spicy, like, deadly spicy. It felt like she made it to kill people, not for them to eat! (laughs)

Even I found it spicy, and I can handle a decent amount of spice. When my brother came home and ate it, he was done for. It was so spicy his soul almost left his body! (laughs) Whenever my mom wants to make something spicy, she really goes all out.
The afternoon was pretty uneventful. I just watched things, read some Japanese, just kind of drifted around.
My dopamine baseline feels high again lately. I'm not really enjoying watching things anymore. (laughs) Time to reset that baseline again. I do this way too often.
Then this evening, Aunt Puang came back. She was visiting her mother upcountry.
For dinner, Aunt Puang made the same dishes as earlier, but added shrimp with a seafood dipping sauce and vegetables. It wasn't exactly shrimp in fish sauce, but more like shrimp to eat with the sauce. It was delicious, but Mom's seafood dipping sauce was also incredibly spicy. Everything today was so spicy! (laughs) Even the seafood sauce was like, "Oh my God!" Mom really didn't hold back on the chilies today.

After dinner, nothing much happened. I watched a new anime today, but haven't added it to my shelf yet.
I felt a bit bored today, nothing was really fun to watch, so I decided to go to bed early. I'm about to sleep now, just didn't want to forget to record this first.
