Last night, I completely forgot to record. I had every intention to, but it just slipped my mind. (sighs) I just woke up, and lately, I've been waking up at 10 AM a lot, even though I don't go to bed that late. Or do I? I went to bed at 1 AM. (laughs) So yeah, I'm waking up really late these days.
Yesterday wasn't too eventful. I just went to the gym in the evening, around 4 PM. After two rest days, I did leg weights, but not all the leg muscles. I also did incline walking. I'm thinking of focusing on incline walking instead of running now because when I use my legs a lot, the recovery conflicts.
If I do leg day and also run, running takes a long time to recover, unlike incline walking which uses slow-twitch muscle fibers. Running uses fast-twitch. They compete for recovery, making it slower and less complete. I need longer breaks between weights and cardio.
It was a good session, though. After the gym, I went to Tops. My mom asked me to buy some bread, the usual kind from Tops. I also picked up a Coke Zero and whey protein.

When I was buying the Coke, (laughs) I sat in front of the sales display and opened Gemini, asking, 'How do I choose a fizzy Coke?' Sometimes, as I've mentioned before, whether I buy it here or at the mall, it tastes like plain water with no fizz left. (laughs) So I asked Gemini and even took a picture: 'If I'm buying soda, what should I look for?'

It's quite hard, actually. Gemini said to squeeze the bottle and check the production date for the longest shelf life. It also said that if there's a lot of gas, the bottle won't squeeze down; it'll be hard, packed with gas. But I squeezed every single one, and they were all hard. (laughs) I don't know if it's the plastic or the gas inside. It also suggested looking for condensation on top, because if there's a lot, you shouldn't buy it, something about the separation of air. (sighs) Again, they all had similar amounts of gas. (laughs) I tried to look inside the bottles, but they all looked the same.
So, I just picked some randomly, by chance, by fate. I haven't opened it yet to drink, so I don't know if it's fizzy.
After that, I sat and rested at Central for a bit, in front of Tops. Then I headed back, but didn't go straight home. I stopped at my usual khao pad kra pao place. At home, my mom is still sick, like my dad was. She came home and still has a dry cough. My dad is getting better, but now my mom has it.

I didn't do much yesterday. Didn't play games or anything. I just felt sluggish and didn't want to do anything. (laughs) So I listened to music and podcasts, as usual. That was yesterday's story, told today. I still have that Coke to open.
