Just finished playing games with friends. It's 1 AM now. (sighs) There was actually a lot that happened today, but I'm so sleepy. (laughs)
This morning, my mom finally came home from the hospital. She still has a slight cough, but it's good to have her back. My brother went to pick her up, and I spent some time cleaning the kitchen and doing dishes. When Mom arrived, the dogs — ran to greet her. It was so sweet. (laughs) You could tell everyone missed her. She couldn't walk anywhere without a dog following her. (laughs) I'm not sure if it was out of love or just wanting treats.
Around noon, I went with my brother to the Land Department. We needed to ask about the land deed in my name that had some issues. It's been seized by the Thonburi Court. They sent documents last month, but it's an edge case, something they don't see often, so they're still talking to higher-ups about how to proceed. It looks like it'll take a bit longer before the matter is settled and the deed can be transferred. (laughs)
After that errand, my brother and I went to see his house and his car, which was getting polished. We also had to go out of town because his car's taillight had a minor problem. We had to take it off, and they're still working on it.
When I got home, I just watched some YouTube until evening. We decided to go out for dinner since Mom just got back and we were all too lazy to cook. We went to a restaurant called The River. It's a famous place in Krabi, right by the water, but I think I'd never actually eaten there before. My parents hadn't either. We went because one of Mom's relatives is a chef there, so we wanted to support them. It was delicious, the flavors were really good. Mom asked about it and found out they have different chefs for different tasks — like stir-frying, boiling, deep-frying. The food was great, and the view was nice too.
After dinner, we came straight home. I watched a bit more, showered, and then recorded my last entry. (laughs) Good thing I did that first to keep the streak going, because I knew I'd be playing games for a long time. And I did! I played with friends; we'd planned it, and finally, the younger brother in our group joined, so everyone was there. We played ROV. (laughs) It's always so much fun when we're together. No matter how much time passes, when we reunite, there's just laughter and smiles. Even just talking to this group of friends is fun, even if we only get to see each other rarely. (sighs) I'm complaining about being an adult again. (laughs) Oh well, we just have to adjust. But I know the relationship is still there, still as fun as ever, everything's the same.
Sky is back from India, but they're still staying in Phuket with P'Earn for another night. They're still dating there. (laughs) We'll probably meet up for board games soon, but not as often as before, because some of our friends and older group members are officially working now. Our schedules don't align much, so we'll have to wait for holidays.
