I've noticed that each entry is much longer now after it's polished. This is because the prompt was adjusted to keep more detail. Before, it often cut too much, sometimes leaving very little from what I'd said. I'm going to try using it like this for a while. It's quite a lot, but it's detailed.
This time, it keeps about 90 to 95 percent of what I say, so nothing will be missed when I read it back. I'll see how it goes.
