It's 1 AM, and I'm back in bed. I've been quite emotional today, feeling down, thinking about so many things — memories from the past, worries about the future, the uncertainty of it all. The music I've been listening to, like "Nothing With You" and "Modern Loneliness," just pulled me deeper sighs.
There's a little guilt looking back, but those past experiences, especially a relationship from university, really shaped who I am today. It felt like a chapter that closed too quickly, but without it, I wouldn't be this person, more experienced and aware. I'm trying to live now without future regrets, to make choices I won't look back on with sorrow.
Tomorrow I have to go to get physical therapy. I'm going to try not to snooze the 8 AM alarm. My hand still feels heavy; I used it too much yesterday. I want it to heal this month. May is my birthday month, so I hope this year is a good one, that my arm gets better, and I can focus on my goals.
