Just a quick add-on before I actually go to sleep. (laughs) I just realized the room outside sounded really chaotic, so I went to check. Turns out Cocoa and Namcha were awake and running into each other.
They were playing so hard, so energetic, just full of boundless energy. It was completely different from how they are during the day. My mom even woke up. (laughs) My dad wasn't asleep yet, but my mom, who had already gone to bed, woke up to watch them, trying to calm them down, letting them run until they were tired.
But they weren't tired yet, still running. So my mom tried giving Namcha some food, hoping she'd get a full belly and then get sleepy and go to bed. (laughs) It was so funny. During the day, Milo has a lot of energy and plays, but at night he just sleeps. Cocoa and Namcha, though, sleep a lot during the day, and then they get all energetic and run around at night. I even played with them for a bit. (laughs)
Namcha bites just as hard as Milo, and she likes to shake her head when she bites, too. Good thing her teeth aren't as sharp as Milo's. It's a cute moment, but it's definitely keeping me from sleeping.
I asked my mom, imagining if this were a human baby. If our own child was like this, or someone else's, if our child had this much energy, oh wow. It makes you think of new parents, waking up every two hours to soothe a baby back to sleep. I guess it would be something like this, but maybe even more of a headache?
Oh well. Time to sleep. I was listening to a podcast earlier. See you.
