This morning, I went to the market with my mom to buy groceries. After that, I headed straight to the gym. It wasn't really "early morning" by the time I got everything done, probably around 10 AM.
Just as I thought, the mall had only opened at 10 AM, but by 10:30 AM, the parking lot was completely full. (laughs) So many people on a Sunday! I had to hunt for a spot.
I did a bit of leg work today. When I did leg curls, my left hamstring started hurting again. It felt like a tendon or something. I really don't like that exercise; I'm going to switch to a different machine next time. I can't remember its name right now.
I did a partial leg workout, not a full one. Then I walked on an incline for about half an hour, and for the last ten minutes, I ran at a really high speed. It felt amazing today. It's such a difference when your body has rested for several days and then you get to run. The bounce, the rebound strength, it felt so good. I can't recall the exact details, but I asked an AI the other day why running the same pace felt so much harder and my heart rate was so high after not resting. It explained something about small muscle recovery affecting the rebound, making your muscles work harder to spring back. That makes you tired.
But with a rested body, running was so much fun today! It was great. I was hitting pace six, even pace five. It was enjoyable. I didn't run for too long, though, because I started feeling that familiar twinge in my left hamstring again. (laughs)
It was so crowded at the gym today. There were two or three classes running back-to-back, and so many people came for them. (sighs)
I bought a lot of groceries on the way out: Coke, green soda, and fat-free milk, all sugar-free. (laughs)

For my first meal today, I had Guay Jub. My brother bought it from our regular spot after he ran some errands this morning. It was delicious.

After that, I didn't do much until now. I just showered. I came back, ate lunch around noon, and then waited for the "right time" to shower. My hair is still wet; I didn't even bother to blow-dry it. I'm too lazy.
I'm recording this now because I still haven't reviewed my Anki cards for today. I haven't even started, and there are probably 70 or 80 words to go. I'll record this, then I'll probably spend two or three hours reviewing them now.
See you later tonight.
