I almost went to bed, then remembered I hadn't recorded yet. (sighs) I just didn't feel like doing anything tonight. (laughs) (sighs) (yawns)
I just finished watching the anime "Oh Boy, Was I Wrong About Her." It ended well, but there's no announcement for Season 2 yet. (laughs) I hope there will be, since the manga is so far ahead. I'll have to wait and see what the ratings are like. But then, Grand Blue just finished, and I'm going to binge-watch it now. They announced a new season right after it ended! That's amazing. (laughs) I'd only watched the first couple of episodes and then put it on hold for a long time. Now that many shows this season are ending, I can just watch them all without having to wait each week. (laughs)
Today was pretty uneventful. Mom is back from out of town, and Aunt Puang is back too, just for a day or two.
Yesterday morning, my brother sent me a link to some Kuay Jab on Facebook that was pre-order — you order at night and they deliver in the morning. (laughs) I woke up around 10 or 11 AM, and my brother called to say the Kuay Jab had arrived. I didn't think he'd actually order it, but he did! He wasn't home though; he'd gone out with Dad early to fly a drone. So the Kuay Jab arrived, and I went out to get it. (laughs)
He'd ordered three sets. The delivery person handed them to me, but my fingers hadn't quite gripped the bag when they let go. Damn it, the Kuay Jab dropped! (laughs) The whole bag fell, thud. Both of us just stared. Two of the soup bags burst. (sighs) The soup was everywhere, and only one bag was left. The delivery person asked, "What do we do?" (laughs) I said, "It's okay, it's okay." It was 210 baht, but they reduced it to 200. (laughs) I brought it inside, not knowing what to do. Aunt Puang saved the day though — she said there was some black shabu soup base in the fridge. So we boiled that, mixed it with the one remaining bag, and diluted it. It worked out. (laughs) We all ate it, and it was a lot for three people. Seventy baht a bag for mixed Kuay Jab. It was good, and I'd eat it again.
I didn't do much in the afternoon, just watched some silly things. (laughs) Later, Mom drove Aunt Puang home around 2 or 3 PM. When she got back, Mom told me the family's Mazda had been sold. We had too many cars, five in total, and no parking. The Mazda had been with us since 2012, and it had over 400,000 kilometers on it. (laughs) (laughs) It never gave us any trouble. We sold it in great condition because we'd always taken good care of it, even repainting it. But the buyer wasn't just anyone — it was our neighbor across the street! (laughs) (laughs) They bought it to transport things for their business. I saw them test-driving it yesterday, but I didn't expect them to buy it today. They did, and they even asked if they could continue parking it here. (laughs) So the car is sold, but the parking spot is still the same because they need to park it close by, right around our house.
Now my brother, whose car the Mazda was, will be using the Fortuner as his main vehicle. He'll park it at his house, which is almost finished, just one more day. (laughs) (sighs) It feels strange seeing the car still here, but knowing I can't drive it or sit in it anymore. I was just in it yesterday. (laughs) I actually agree with Mom that it's better not to sell to close neighbors, because sometimes things can go sour. If they use it roughly and something breaks, they might blame us. That's just my own thought, a hypothetical. Mom had already said she didn't want any hard feelings or problems like that, but maybe nothing will happen. (sighs)
In the evening, I went to the gym. Since Mom was back, I drove her car. I just walked on the treadmill for an hour, on an incline. (sighs) My muscles are so sore from lifting weights yesterday. (laughs) It's going to be even worse tomorrow. It's starting to ache more and more, even my glutes. (sighs) After that, I stopped at Tops like usual to buy whey and milk. I got home, ate dinner, and watched random short clips until now. It's almost 11 PM. I thought about going to bed. (laughs) I don't know what I'm doing, so I might as well go to sleep.
Just go with the flow of life.
(laughs) I just felt like saying that, like there's something heavy in my heart, but I don't know what it is. I hope it's a good night and a good day tomorrow.
