It's 12:30 AM. (sighs) This is my karma for enjoying myself first, for procrastinating. I just finished my Anki reviews. I'd put them off all day, doing other things, thinking, "I'll do it later, I'll do it later." I only started at 9 PM, and it was over 80 words. (sighs) I finished at midnight. I should have decided to shower at 9 PM before starting. I initially planned to do Anki first, then shower. (sighs) My God, this is my karma. (laughs) I need to get things done during the day. I'm telling myself that.
Speaking of today, I forgot to mention something from yesterday. My sandals were absolutely terrible. I bought them on Shopee from a Mall shop about a week ago for 400 baht. I forgot to read the reviews. They looked nice in the picture, and I trusted that it was a Mall shop, so it should be okay. I should have been suspicious when they shipped from China in a flimsy package. The faux leather looked so cheap. After wearing them for just one week, the buckle broke while I was eating pad krapow. I didn't even notice until today. Four hundred baht, gone in a week! (laughs) I just took pictures and left a one-star review. I wish I could give negative stars! (laughs) Such a waste of 400 baht. My old, cheaper sandals lasted much longer.

I was free all day, but I didn't review Anki. In the evening, I'd planned to rest my left leg tendon, but I also felt like walking. I get restless if I stay still. (laughs) My brother was going to the gym, so I decided to go with him for a walk, just to get my daily steps in.
We stopped by his house first. It's almost 90% done, I think. The lighting today was beautiful. All that's left is the front of the house, building a fence, and installing the gate.

Then we went to the gym. (laughs) It was 4 or 5 PM on a Monday, so it was packed with people. No treadmills were free! I ended up on a stationary bike, which was terrible for my tendon. The pedaling motion uses the knee as a pivot point, and when my foot extends, it pulls on my hamstring tendon. For the first 40 minutes, I didn't feel anything. But as soon as I stood up, it hurt again. I thought, "What am I doing? I should have just stayed home."
I initially planned to walk after cycling for 40 minutes, but when I started walking, I could already feel the pain in my hamstring. So I decided to stop, and we just went home.
Before heading home, we stopped at Tops to buy Pepsi. The other day, I bought Coke, and it was awful. (laughs) It wasn't expired, but it just wasn't fizzy at all. I usually drink Pepsi and haven't had Coke in ages, but at a restaurant recently, I ordered a Coke Zero, and it was so fizzy and delicious. I wanted that again, but the one I bought was completely flat, like flavored water. (laughs) My brother thought the same thing. So today, I went to buy Pepsi because I'd run out.
While shopping, I walked past the drink aisle and saw a sparkling water called Suza. The packaging was so cute — a small can, low-cal (only five calories), and lychee flavored. It's a Thai brand, so I decided to try it. The price, though, wasn't cute: over 30-40 baht for a small can. (laughs) More expensive than a large bottle of Coke or Pepsi! (laughs) So I bought two cans, one for me and one for my brother. It comes in many flavors.

On the way back, the atmosphere was really nice. The sky was beautiful, not with orange hues, but just lovely. The air was cool today, which was a change from yesterday's heat. (laughs) I hope I don't get sick from the temperature changes.
We got home and had dinner. Mom made laab. For dessert, we had bua loy from our favorite shop. It's incredibly delicious. I don't usually eat much bua loy, but the one Mom bought the other day was amazing. (laughs) Today, Mom and Dad bought more, so I had a little bit.
That was pretty much it until 8 or 9 PM, when it was time to atone for my procrastination. I showered and then did my Anki reviews. (sighs) I was sleepy a moment ago, but talking about all this and venting my emotions has woken me up. (laughs) Now I want to sleep.
Oh, I almost forgot again! I want to show off a new feature I added today: "Back to date" in the journal. On the Journal page, there's a calendar icon in the top right that lets you select specific dates. It only shows dates where you have an entry. I made it for myself because I'm lazy to scroll, and it's hard to scroll back to old entries. (laughs) (sighs) Finding a design for it was hard at first. On desktop, it might be a modal, and it was a modal on mobile too, but I didn't like how it used the space. So I used a Drawer Sheet with a collapse animation between the calendar and the list. When you tap it, the calendar collapses, and the list appears. It's really cool; it turned out well. (sighs) I'm tired from talking.
So, that's it. I was busy coding today. I forgot to mention that earlier, around the afternoon. Oh, and I played a lot of ROV solo this afternoon. (sighs) I want to play Florentino. Okay, I'm going to sleep now. It's almost 1 AM. See you. Wow, 12 minutes? I haven't recorded for this long in a while.
